The Hidden “F” – Thank’F’ulness

By Kris White

The week of Thanksgiving tends to cause one to reflect.  The upcoming holiday season is filled with great excitement and anticipation, but for what?  Has Black Friday, Grandma’s mashed potatoes, peanut-butter balls and Christmas lists completely overshadowed the true spirit of the season?  In many ways it has.  Not that it’s all bad.  (Take a bite of Grandma’s mashed potatoes and gravy and I think you’ll agree.)  However, let us never take for granted those things in life that truly matter.  A proper perspective must accompany these traditions lest we forget our true joys.  This year let us remember to give thanks each and every day for our many blessings.  We all fall short when acknowledging the grace that God extends to us.  Nevertheless, be thankful.  Paul says in 1 Thessalonians 5:18, “in everything give thanks; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus”.  Notice Paul says, “in everything give thanks”.  Through our challenges, fears, joys and victories, be thankful.  Each experience is designed for a special purpose.  We must learn to recognize these experiences as gifts and use them to become the man or woman God designed us to be.

That being said, I’d like to extend a special thanks to Cody and Tara Newton and Bill & Jann Newton for the direction they’ve led TEAM VIP over the last few years.  The courage and perseverance to follow right principles, under all circumstance, has provided a platform for thousands to pursue and fulfill their God-inspired purpose.  We are blessed to be a part of this LIFE business.

It’s a good LIFE, so let us give thanks.  And, oh, by the way, please pass the mashed potatoes.

The Father “FAMILY”

For sure God has put me on the planet to help boys become men and it seems the most important boys to help become men are my own first and then I can help others. One thing that I have tried to learn more about  in the last 7 yrs is being a Dad! “my oldest is 7!!” WOW IM Getting Old”. The Bible, my Church,  Life  materials, my dad, uncles and Tim Marks have all helped and all I can say is I have made many mistakes and made many memories… For sure one thing I know is that “it does matter”, and studys are backing up that fact. Listening to Josh McDowell I was totally convicted that I needed to become a better father and continue on the journey. Are you reading and listening to materials and individuals to help you become a better parent?? Here is a few of his statistics of fathering…

a.John Hopkins research of over 30 yrs shows the connection between the relationship between the  son and the father has to do with the amount of Hypertension- Tumors-Suicide-Coronary Heart Disease found in Patients!!

b. 300% to 500% higher percentage of suicide if your  son doesn’t have a relationship with his Dad

c..Study of all 15 school shooters shows

  1. all middle class and white
  2. all the father was absent, distant or not involved

Questions your son should answer YES too

  1. Son, Do you know I Love you??  “Love Cultivates the ground for excepting Gods Truth”  and “rules without relationship cause rebellion”
  2. Son, Do you know I love your Mother??
  3. Son, Do  you want to have a relationship with your kids and wife like I do?
  4. Son, Do you know how much I love JESUS

Fun ” the other F”

Sitting at a table with Orrin Laurie Woodward, Tim and Amy Marks and a dozen or so other couples in the Life Leadership program talking about our new business venture, I learned a very profound idea that should be implemented more.   Formerly owning a concrete construction company, leasing agency, rental homes, lawn care company, oil distributing company, auction company, and a few others I realized there was a distinct difference with this one.  WE WERE HAVING A BLAST!!

8 fs make up what we call Life. Faith Family Finance Fitness Freedom Fun Following Friendship.  It seems the more I have tried to lead, grow, and change, the more it seems there is one that becomes less prevalent. FUN!! Maybe I have seen to many shows where the boardroom is all fist slams and posture statements but this was nowhere near the same.

It started by all the parties laughing about our past and the things it has taken to get to this point.  The quote “tragedy plus time equals humor”  is a true statement and I listened at all the humor about what was tragedy ” we thought at the time” and all the excitement about what could be and felt so much joy in my heart to know good or bad this team was deciding to have fun from now forward. I’ve heard  “Laughing is medicine for the soul” and this next year will be about our Motto, Have Fun, Make Money and Make a Difference.

Vision,Faith and Purpose Driven Leadership

I met Hans a couple of years ago in his quest to grow, change and become all God meant for him to be in his LIFE. He and his wife are great students of the Life Leadership program and All Grace Outreach. We have discussed many things about the bible, leadership, family and finances.  We have discussed many issues that I learned prospective from my mentor Tim Marks, my dad and mentor Bill Newton, and my personal pastor, Kelly Randolph about what it takes to be a Bible centered Leader. After the learning process started he began the second stage, PERFORMING, and it scared him to death.  I have personally watched him face fear and keep moving.  Hans and Elly are a couple who I respect because of their convictions and more important,  because of their courage to move forward with their God-given convictions in the face of opposition and FEAR.  god bless Cody
“You gain strength, courage and confidence by every experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face. You must do the thing you think you cannot do.”– Eleanor Roosevelt
The thing that I have probably gotten most from the LIFE Team is a vision. As Andy Stanley would say, “a vision for what could be and should be.” To be more specific, a purpose. And actually, I didn’t get my purpose from LIFE; it just helped me discover my purpose and the fact that God had created me for a purpose. I’ve heard people say before, “God made me to be an engineer,” or “God made me to be a teacher,” or “God made me to be…[whatever].” I disagree. I believe that when God formed us in our mothers’ wombs, he fashioned us for a purpose, not an occupation. And before I was introduced to LIFE, I was not living for a purpose; I was just…living. As I believe Henry David Thoreau once said, “Most men die at the age of 25 and wait until the age of 65 to be buried.” That was me. Coincidentally enough, I was 25 when I saw the LIFE Team and I had become complacent in life. Most days, it was home to work, then work to home, and then an evening of the latest TV shows or movies with my wife (not exactly her idea of quality time).
The first book I read that gave me a sense of purpose was a book I received through our AGO series entitled The Principles and Power of Vision by Dr. Myles Munroe. This was an awesome book that made me realize my overall purpose—to lead people to Truth. The most recent book I read on purpose (no pun intended) was Visioneering by Andy Stanley. What an amazing book! A few things in particular stood out to me. He goes through a process to help one discover his or her purpose, but most importantly, to achieve a God-given purpose, he says one must have moral authority. Stanley says, “Moral authority is rooted in a desire to please God rather than man.” It is doing what’s right because it’s right and not even just for the sake of leadership or influence. Have moral authority in all your relationships, beginning in the home (which is a big one I’m still learning). “Moral authority is the overflow of character, not leadership ability.” So devote yourselves to what is right (Philippians 4:8). “There will always be people who won’t believe what you believe. But don’t give them grounds to doubt that you believe what you claim to believe.” Stanley says this is also extremely important because on the road to accomplishing your purpose, you will meet opposition. And if you’re like me, moving forward in the face of opposition does not come easily. But it is through LIFE that I have learned to act with courage rather than cowardice—not all the time, mind you. But as Bill Lewis said on a recent leadership audio, “sometimes, courage is the little voice at the end of the days that says, ‘I’ll try again tomorrow.’” What I pray every day is that I’ll grow in my courage to live fully committed to my God and purpose. “An audience can disagree with a position, but they can’t disagree with the reality of a conviction lived out.” Were it not for LIFE and the mentorship of Cody and Tara Newton, I don’t know exactly where Elly and I would be, but I imagine we’d be in a bad place getting worse. Today, I’m nowhere near fulfilling the vision God has placed in my heart. I still have a ton of growing to do and I certainly don’t claim to have perfectly applied all the principles above, but I do believe I’m on the narrow path. Thanks be to God for rescuing me and for the grace He gives me on a daily basis that I still have breath to move towards accomplishing what he planned for me before time began. “Everybody ends up somewhere in life. You have the opportunity to end up somewhere on purpose” (Stanley).

“The Beginning of our Life Team”

TEAM VIP PHALANX

Team Very Important Purpose was birthed out of a purpose to overcome business oppression that started the understanding of the difference between  free enterprise and capitalism.  That team was started by courageous men and women that I respect very much. Ive heard it said

“Courage is the ladder on which all the  other virtues mount”
Just as a company has many divisions, Team VIP now has another division of it,  that was just named Team VIP PHALANX which is men and women that is willing to stand strong to help others out in a better LIFE

Thumbnail for version as of 10:32, 29 March 2006

The Phalanx was a military formation put into practice by the Greeks as a strategy for overwhelming their opponents.  This was a very intimidating formation, especially at its inception.  It was a grouping of soldiers who carried a short sword, a long spear with a metal tip on both ends and a large, curved shield.  There was a leader in each row of the formation to give direction and keep order.  Each soldier was responsible for the purchase and upkeep of his own armor and weapons.  The phalanx is an example of a military formation in which the individualistic elements of battle were suppressed for the good of the whole.  A soldier fighting independently stood a much greater chance of defeat than if he was supported by those at each side of him and who were also committed to the success of the unit.

The hoplites had to trust their neighbors to protect them, and be willing to protect their neighbor; a phalanx was thus only as strong as its weakest elements.  For this reason, the formation was deliberately organized to group friends and family closely together, thus providing a psychological incentive to support one’s fellow comrade.  Each soldier operated in very close formation with his comrades for the defense and solidarity of the unit.  Each man had to be committed to be trained and do his best otherwise the unit would suffer harm or defeat.

How it applies to us with TEAM and LIFE is that we as a team are on a mission with a Very Important Purpose, that of accomplishing Operation Freedom for our team members and society as a whole.  To accomplish that Purpose will require a band of committed people who will put aside their personal fears for the good of the team.  We figuratively link arms and move forward to meet the challenge facing our society today.  We are trained by those who have experienced the battle first hand and who are willing to help us learn the lessons discovered in the conflict.

We are in a battle for the hearts and minds of those people around us.  The onslaught against us is willful and determined and it will require us to be resolute in face of that onslaught.  Our purpose brings us together to stand strong, growing in numbers and strength of each individual so that we can overcome those who would seek to do us harm as a nation.

There was a song written to those who are courageous.    “Now of those, who dare, abiding one beside another, to advance to the close fray, and the foremost champions, fewer die, and they save the people in the rear; but in men that fear, all excellence is lost. No one could ever in words go through those several ills, which befall a man, if he has been actuated by cowardice. For ’tis grievous to wound in the rear the back of a flying man in hostile war. Shameful too is a corpse lying low in the dust, wounded behind in the back by the point of a spear.” TyrtaeusThe War Songs Of Tyrtaeus

Free Enterprise vs Capitalism “Which one is Better?'”

Coming into a business and friendship with the WORLD’S TOP 25 LEADERSHIP EXPERTSWORLD’S TOP 30 LEADERSHIP PROFESSIONAL’S for  Orrin  Woodward, Chris Brady, Tim Marks and the Policy Counsel of Life , I truly believed that “capitalism” was the exact same as “free enterprise” and “man oh man” was I way wrong.  Oliver DeMille, the former president and founder of George Wythe College educates on the differences between the two.  George Wythe was the mentor of Thomas Jefferson and 30 other congressman, senators and presidents and Oliver would be the top authoritive historian on George,  Thomas Jefferson and Free Enterprise.  Here is some information on the differences that make all the difference. God  Bless Cody

“If ye love wealth greater than liberty, the tranquility of servitude greater than the animating contest for freedom, go home from us in peace. We seek not your counsel, nor your arms. Crouch down and lick the hand that feeds you; and may posterity forget that ye were our countrymen.”
Samuel Adams

To summarize: capitalism gives special government-supported benefits to capital and those with capital (wealthy individuals, families and business entities).

This is the opposite of socialism, which promotes special government-supported benefits to those without capital—the proletariat, as Karl Marx put it.

In contrast to both capitalism and socialism, free enterprise establishes good laws and government policies that treat the rich, middle and poor the same.

Some people may believe that this is the system we live under in the United States today—that the law treats all the same.

Such an assumption is incorrect.

The U.S. commercial code has numerous laws which are written specifically to treat people differently based on their wealth.

For example, it is illegal for those with less than a certain amount of wealth to be offered many of the best investment opportunities.

Only those with a high net worth (the levels and amounts are set by law) are able to invest in such offerings.

This naturally benefits the wealthy to the detriment of wage earners.

This system is called capitalism, and it is a bad system—better than socialism or communism, to be sure, but not nearly as good as free enterprise.

In a free enterprise system, the law would allow all people to take part in any investments.

The law would be the same for all.

If this seems abstract, try starting a business in your local area.

In fact, start two.

Let the local zoning commissions, city council and other regulating agencies know that you are starting a business, that it will employ you and nine employees, and then keep track of what fees you must pay and how many hoops you must jump through.

Have your agent announce to the same agencies that a separate company, a big corporation, is bringing in a large enterprise that will employ 4,000 people (or, in a more urban setting, 24,000 people)—all of whom will pay taxes to the local area and bring growth and prestige.

Then simply sit back and watch how the two businesses are treated.

In most places in the United States, one will face an amazing amount of red tape, meetings, filings and obstacles—the other will likely be courted and given waivers, tax breaks, benefits and publicity.

Add up the cost to government of each, and two things will likely surprise you: 1) how much you will have to spend to set up a small business, and 2) how much the government will be willing to spend to court the large business.

Of course, I don’t really suggest that anyone announce such a fake business.

But imagine, theoretically, what would happen if you did.

Our current mentality in government is to treat big business better than small business.

This is the natural model in a capitalist system.

Capital gets special benefits.

In free enterprise, in contrast, the costs and obstacles would be identical for the two businesses.

In free enterprise, the operative words are “free” and “enterprise.”

Note that American business and ownership stayed mostly small—with most people owning family farms or small businesses—until the 1960s.

It was debt (often promoted by government) which wiped out the farming culture that dominated the South and Midwest, and the rise of big corporations over family-owned businesses came after the U.S. commercial code was changed by law to a capitalist rather than a free enterprise model.

If we altered today’s laws at all levels so that government entities treated all businesses and citizens the same, regardless of their level of capital, the natural result would be the spread of more small businesses.

Note that nearly all major growth in America’s economy since 1985 has come from small business.

Today, small businesses are struggling under a veritable “mountain” of regulatory red tape—the result is economic downturn.

And, while some in government hold an anti-business attitude, even many of those ostensibly promoting pro-business policies are more aligned with Wall Street corporations than the needs of small business.

Capitalism, sometimes called “Corporatism”, is not the same thing as free enterprise.

Both are certainly preferable to socialism or communism, but free enterprise is considerably more conducive to freedom and widespread prosperity than capitalism.

History has proven the following: 1) Under capitalism, the divide between rich and poor naturally increases; 2) In a free enterprise system, the prosperity, freedom and dignity of nearly everyone in the society inevitably rises.

Alexander Solzhenitsyn pointed out that while modern American capitalism was clearly better than Russia’s twentieth-century communism or Europe’s contemporary attempts at socialism, the U.S. implementation of capitalism left much to be desired.

For example, he noted, under American capitalism the question of, “is it right?” became less important to many people and companies than, “is it legal?”

Likewise, the culture of capitalism frequently asks, “is it profitable?” before (or instead of) asking, “is it good?”

American capitalism, Solzhenitsyn said, created a nation more materialistic than spiritual, more interested in superficial success than genuine human progress.

Note that Solzhenitsyn was adamantly anti-communist and anti-socialist.

But he also found capitalism lacking.

In every particular, however, Solzhenitsyn’s criticisms of capitalism don’t apply to the free enterprise model of economics. When the law treats all people and businesses the same—regardless of their size, connections, power or wealth—an interesting consequence occurs.

Put succinctly:

  • In socialism the government ignores, downplays and literally abuses prosperity and freedom to the point that both are lost for nearly everyone.

  • Under capitalism, the laws promote the wealth and license of a few above the freedom and prosperity of all, with the cultural result of valuing attainment of wealth above almost everything—including virtue, compassion, and the liberty of all.

In free enterprise, the laws treat everyone the same, thereby incentivizing freedom, prosperity and enterprise (as long as such enterprise doesn’t violate the inalienable rights of others). The application of this model is rare in human history, but the results when it has been applied are nothing less than spectacular (see Ancient Israel, Athens, the vales period of Switzerland, the Saracens, the Anglo-Saxons, and the United States—which by 1944 had 6% of the world’s population and produced over half of its goods and services).

The lesson?

Freedom works.

Enterprise works.

Attitude ” A difference maker in LIFE”

I read an article that stated that approximately ninety percent of people coming into the doctor have actually talked themselves into their illness.  Attitude decisions  do  make a difference in LIFE.  It would be apart of the art side of Orrin Woodward and Chris Bradys book Launching a Leadership Revolution book. Here is a comment from  Fred “a former national champion football player who knows how to win”  about a couple of the books that have come through the leadership company.                                                               ” I had the blues because I had no shoes until upon the street, I met a man who had no feet”  ~Ancient Persian Saying
I just got through reading The No Complaining Rule by Jon Gordon, actually I started reading it at 9am this morning and was so riveted by the story I finished it at 11:30am.  The story conveys to anyone who reads it how having a positive attitude over a negative attitude through the practice of limiting complaining will greatly increase a healthy lifestyle in all of our relationships, family, friends, people we work with, at your church and even with God our father.  It suggests that if we catch our selves complaining to put a twist on the complaint and add “The But – Positive Technique.” to the complaint.  An example for me would be as follows, I don’t like getting up at 2am to be at work at 3am, but I am glad I get done early in the day so I can build the  business my wife and I own. According to the book, we all have a choice between two roads.  The positive road that will lead to better health, happiness, and success and the negative road that will lead to misery, anger and failure.  You can’t take both roads at the same time, so you have to decide which road you want to be on.  The book says that when we complain, we have chosen the negative road.  The good news is we can change anytime to the positive road.  That brings me to another book I have recently read, The 7 Habits of Highly effective People by Stephen Covey.  In Part Two, Habit to Be Proactive, the author talks about taking a more proactive approach to situations in our lives instead of a reactive approach.  The difference is in a proactive approach we have more control of the situation, we can determine the outcome of our situation.  A reactive approach would be to let the situation control the out come and accept the results it has on our life.  We need to be proactive, create the action in our lives that will move us forward to our desired results.  Either we act, or we will be acted upon.  The reason I talk about these two books, is because of the similarities.  The No Complaining Rule talks about writing down your complaints and deciding which ones you can do something about and discarding the ones you can’t.  There is no sense in worrying about something you have no control over.  Then share the complaints you can do something about with someone who can help with a solution and turn it into a positive.  The 7 Habits of Highly effective People has a similar process called your Circle of Concern and your Circle of Influence.  With in our Circle of Concern are things we have no real control over and others we can do something about.  The ones we can take action on, our in our Circle of Influence.  Proactive people concentrate on things in the Circle of Influence, things they can act upon in a positive way.  Reactive people concentrate on things in the Circle of Concern, things they have no control over, which leads to a negative attitude.  We all have the ability to choose, whether it is to complain and not act, or to complain less and try to find solutions to our complaints and turn them into positives.  We can choose to be a Proactive type person who acts upon situations in a positive way and takes responsibility for those actions or be a Reactive type person who takes no responsibility for their actions and blames them on external forces.  I personally choose to be a Proactive type, non-complaining type person, who takes responsibility for my life and my families lives through the continual input of training materials provided by the LIFE Community of people .  I am going to pass this information on to everyone I know in hopes of them finding a better Life,  God Bless.

IN LIFE Freedom Begins With Education

This is a post by a great friend of mine talking about how much Orrin Woodward and his LIFE Leadership Materials have benefitted his Life journey over the last couple of years. Pappa Biggs as we call him,  has become a staunch reader and can relate to all walks of life because of the education he has received from Chris Brady, Tim Marks, and Orrin Woodwards Leadership. god bless cody

IN LIFE FREEDOM BEGINS WITH EDUCATION
I’ve been in the Community Building Industry for 19 years.  My background before
entering the industry was in banking industry for 16 years chiefly as a
lending officer and several other higher functions toward the end of that
career.  So I’ve seen the various viabilities of many businesses, including
the banking industry.  And I might add that I’m not at all surprised that
the banking industry and our nation’s businesses are in their current
situation, because of errant and misguided heads in both the banking
industry and the regulation of the banking industry.  I remember having a
philosophical discussion with a head bank examiner in 1991, that the Feds
(FDIC) and Federal Reserve Bank were taking the country down the wrong path
by grading consumer loans as gold and toileting solid entrepreneurial loans.
It was a path of consumerism vs production.

I must admit that during those years I wasn’t much of a broad range reader.
My focus and my identity was the BANKER.  Leaving that industry at that time
was not easy from  personal and financial perspectives, but it was the best
decision I’ve made in my life!  The impending consolidation of small
independent banks in Kansas would mean the sacrifice of my family for a
risky career.  Much of the impetuous for the consolidation was caused by
increasing regulatory burdens and the arrogance of big city regulators, who
courted the big banks for their next career advancement into a large bank or
up the regulatory political ladder, to the detriment of our country’s
economic engine – small community banks, who knew the character of
entrepreneurs in their community.

The networking industry appealed to me because of the independence
and reward based on merit.  However, I did find in my journey in this
industry, that similar to the banking industry, whoever had the gold wrote
the rules.  So it wasn’t always right that ruled.  Truly, just more of the
same!

It was a breath of fresh air  a few years back when Cody Newton finallyasked to meet with me

aaaannnd   If you know Cody, he gets to the heart of
matter, quickly, that’s an attribute I like.  Anyway, he asked, if I would
be interested in  the TEAM Leadership Material.  My
immediate responds was, “WHEN”?  I was aware of the progress people using
their system had achieved and it was being repeated over and over.  It is a
personally demanding system, but well worth it.  As in all endeavors, no
struggle, no advancement.  I’ve certainly grown by listening, reading and
associating with the humble, vision focused leadership of this support
group.

Tying both the thinking and experiences from my banking and networking
background in light of the future of the environment that my progeny will be
looking at has been coming into focus in the last couple of months.  Two
books have been enlightening to me: “1776” by David McCullough and “Freedom
Shift” by Oliver DeMille.  Especially, chapter 2 in “1776” – ‘Rabble in
Arms’, which gives the background of two American Generals, who were
initially inexperienced militarily, but were personally responsible for
their education.  These generals were Nathanael Greene and John Knox.
“1776” is a great read to understand the indomitable spirit of men, who burn
to be free.  To quote an opening line from General George Washington,
“Perseverance and spirit have done wonders in all ages.”  After reading this
book, you will understand “perseverance” at a level a modern American has no
clue about!

In “Freedom Shift” the last sections of Chapter 1 headed up as ‘The Growing
Popularity of Producer Education” and “Entrepreneurs and Freedom” speaks to
the foundation of freedom begins.  With people “taking charge” of their
education!  In the colonies, key people took charge of their education,
which lead to an understanding of the issues during the reign of King George
over the colonies.  Their reading lead them further toward courage from the
understanding of the spiritual nature of the endowment in us by our creator
toward freedom.  We all have that same call to freedom (witness the current
protest toward Wall Street).  Although, many do not have the direction
toward the pursuit of that freedom, because they don’t take personal
responsibility to improve their education on personal and societal issues
and/or they don’t have the wisdom to pursue mentors, who have produced
success through achievement from their own endeavors.

Orrin Woodward says, “Ideals have consequences!”  That’s so true!  Ideals
can work either way – Good or Evil!  As Chris Brady asks, “Are you going to
be a force for Good or Evil?”  Be careful!  Choose your mentors wisely!
Choose the ones, who strive to follow the attainment of a God inspired
purpose, in God inspired ways!  I believe, I have chosen well by following
Cody, who is following and holding his leaders and himself accountable to a
God given purpose.  Welcome to the journey of LIFE>>>>

Does Life Leadership Help?

In  Orrin Woodward OrrinWoodward-born-leader and Chris Bradys book Launching a Leadership Revolution on page 18 it asks the question, “Why Leadership?” It answers why  throughout the book by showing us how leadership is exactly the opposite of what we think it is. For instance, Leadership is about giving power instead of getting power.  Leadership is about how well you serve instead of how well you get served by others.  SOO When I get asked “Does this Life Leadership Material Really Help”???  My natural response is too answer is to say,  of course it does, in a put off way.   I think it was Albert Einstein that said ” you can’t fix a problem at the same level of thinking you got into the problem with”  But knowing that, as my mentor Tim Marks states ” you should know them by their fruit”  So to really know if it helps we should evaluate the ones that have been actively apart of the program to see if it helps in different categories. The different categories are discussed in the Life book as the 8fs. Faith Family Fitness Finance Freedom Fun Friend Following.  Leadership in all of these categories is what keeps your life in proper order.  Here would be 2 different examples that I have personally seen on the leadership material that I have seen change during the process.

Kris White is 31, graduated from my highschool and his whole life he has been a shy reserved person, who was scared to lead.  Kris since being on the leadership material has dealt with the tough issues in and out of his family life and relational life.  His spiritual leadership is where I have seen him grow the most.  Kris did not want to “rock the boat” until he decided leading his family was a higher calling than following in that realm.  I have personally also seen him take on tough issues with people in and out of his team that he normally would’ve hidden from. Kris is a leader now in many areas that he would not have “stepped up” in if it were not for proper info.   Congratulations Kris

Jessica Miller is 21 and just about ready to graduate from college. Jessica on normal terms would be looking for a job, but because of the leadership material she is preparing for a retirement party.  She has taken the material and used it to prepare for another Life, A life of Entrepreneurship.   She is leading many with techniques and ideas learned thru this team program and this is only the beginning for her.  To be continued for her for sure

god bless
